Our services are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT. Emergency services may be available outside these hours subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to modify service hours and availability with reasonable notice.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordary Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our materials are owned by Nordary Logistics Ltd or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of our services and providing written notice of termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For commercial disputes exceeding £10,000, we prefer arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
